Certified in gentle persuasion approach (GPA), specialized I'm Here caregivers will help loved ones adapt and develop skills to maximize their independence. I'm Here Homecare provides consistency and reliability so that the care becomes a dependable part of the routine. Our caregivers support loved ones with compassion, consistency and adaptability. Assisting individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia takes flexibility. All caregivers are trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, such as: validation therapy, cognitive stimulation therapy, and reality orientation.
Personal Care and Hygiene Services
I'm Here Homecare can help families with assisted daily living tasks while maintaining dignity and consistency. Personal care & hygiene services includes: grooming, bathroom assist/incontinence, feeding, morning and evening routines, medication and insulin, post-surgical / post-hospital assistance, extra retirement home care, and more.
Licensed Nursing
I'm Here Homecare now offers highly skilled and trained nursing to assist with your at home nursing needs. Whether it is a one-off consultation or around the clock care, we have the nursing staff for you. We have worked with a number of family managed care clients and can help make the transition to a new home care agency easy and seamless.
Physical Care & Mobility
I'm Here Homecare can help establish new mobility plans, or assist with the continuation of pre-existing physiotherapy routines. Often times having an extra hand helps make the post operative transition from hospital to home easier. Skilled I'm Here caregivers are available for transfers, bed-bound care, and prescribed ambulation.
